Nagpur Chest Center is a dedicated and specialized Center for all types of respiratory diseases. It is run by Dr. Vikrant Deshmukh, who is a renowned Chest Physician in Central India. He is trained in Mumbai, KEM Hospital and specialized in the diagnosis and management of Asthma, COPD, Allergic Rhinitis, Interstitial Lung Diseases (I.L.D.), Tuberculosis Especially MDR – TB. 

He is awarded with fellowship in Interventional Bronchoscopy By the European Respiratory Society (ERS) and expert in Bronchoscopy and Thoracoscopy. He has developed the Interventional Bronchoscopy Center with facilities of TBNA, EBUS, Stenting, and Rigid Bronchoscopy. This is the only center in Central India with the latest video – Bronchoscope.

This center also provides palliative care for patients with Lung Cancer.

He is trained in medical thoracoscopies which can be done as daycare procedures in indicated patients. The facilities of thoracoscopies can be extended in complex empyema, loculated effusion, and pleurodesis in recurrent effusion.
